Megan Ambassy Management Corporation (2730) is an independent body registered under the Strata Titles Act 1985 that manage exclusively the development at 225 Jalan Ampang. The development known as Megan Ambassy consists of three blocks namely :
BLOCK A : 167 units – Serviced apartments
BLOCK B : 169 units – Partly residential / commercial
BLOCK C : 67 units – Fully residential
Megan Ambassy Management Corporation (MAMC)
Under the 2016 (revised) Strata Management Act, all developers are not authorised to run their own management corporation nor can they control the corporation.
In fact, since strata title are now issued prior to completion of a building, a management corporation runned by a committee of purchasers are usually in place upon handover.
